My jeans have a high waist that look great with a front tuck and the longer length of my sweater blazer. You could even say it makes my nugget legs look a tiny bit longer (tiny bit). I like the comfort that comes from the sweater blazer, but you could also wear this outfit with a denim jacket!

There’s that denim jacket! This outfit could lean a little toward spring, but I think the booties and the deep yellow of my top make it fall appropriate. I’ve talked a lot about my denim jackets and I love this one in particular for the petite fit that doesn’t make my shoulders look too big.

With a Pointelle Sweater
I love pointelle sweaters for this time of year, where it’s cool in the morning, but still pretty warm in the afternoon. They’re also pretty popular this season, and you can find them just about anywhere. The open knit makes it a little breezy. I wear a nude cami under mine and don’t mind the open holes one bit.

With a Flannel Top
I am planning a style session for flannel tops in general. I’ve had tons of requests for one, and I also just really love them! Especially the oversized 90’s vibe ones that are popular this season. In this outfit you could tie it around your waist like I did or just wear it on top of the henley top. Side note, I really love these henley tops from Old Navy, I have another one in white and could really see buying several other colors. They’re great layering tops! I wear them in regular size for arm length.

With a Mock Neck Sweater
This is my kind of simple outfit. Just a sweater and jeans and a pair of earrings. If you wanted to add to it, you could throw on a cute moto jacket, or denim jacket. These mock neck sweaters from Old Navy have been a favorite of mine too. I prefer them in regular size vs. petite for longer sleeves, which I find more comfortable.
