Why Spring is the right time to start exercising

We all make New Year Resolutions and know that they don’t last until the end January. Well, not all of them.
Don’t worry. Spring is the right time!
1.You have at least 3 months to get in shape for the summer.
It takes 3-4 weeks for you to notice the change in your body, 6-8 weeks for your friends and family, and 10-12 weeks for the rest of the world to notice as well. It means that if you start now, you’ll have a body-to-be-proud-of just in time for your Summer holiday.
2. No more holidays to tempt you.
There are no more holidays when most of the time is spent around the table. Only Easter, but it’s a small temptation compared to Thanksgiving Day and Christmas. If you start burning calories now, you don’t even need to worry about your chocolate egg at Easter.
3. Days are getting longer and warmer
.
It means that you don’t need to fight with mother nature to get to the gym, so you can go more often. Also, why don’t you spend more time outdoors and be more active?
4. No one likes sweaty closed gym rooms. Go outside! Bring your yoga mat to your back garden or take it to the park. Join a Zumba class or other games. You can even go there with a friend or make new ones.
5. Fewer layers
You’ve taken off some clothes and it’s easy to see on which body parts you need to pay more attention to. Soon, you can also enjoy the results and start showing off your toned legs and arms.
