Grab a pair of full-length pants and slim booties and you have the perfect foundation for a warm winter outfit for work. In this post, I styled two different pairs of pants both with a full-length flare fit. They are both stretchy and comfortable to wear. I paired them with warm sweaters and boots that you can add warm socks with to up the cozy factor.

Warm Winter Outfits for Work
My Sizing: I’m 4’10” and my bust, waist, and hip measurements are 32″, 24″ and 36″. My typical inseam is 24-25″. The clothes shown are unaltered and show how they fit me right from the store. I list my sizing beside each item to help you compare when shopping online. Unless otherwise noted, I find each item to fit true to size.
Plaid Pants
The first pair of pants have a flared fit and are comfortable and stretchy. They are snug on me through the hips so if you’re similar in proportions to me you may want to go up a size. Online I thought these pants would be more brown, but in person, they lean toward burgundy. I paired them with a cashmere sweater from Quince and a cozy and thick neutral sweater from Ann Taylor. The boots I wore with both outfits have a slim toe and stiletto heel but are still comfortable and walkable. Plus, this color will go with everything!

Dark Green Pants
These pants have a great fit and come in a few other colors. They are also a little snug through the hips so you may want to size up in this pair.
Houndstooth Sweater
This houndstooth sweater is so thick and warm! It’s a nice neutral that will pair with lots of different colored bottoms.

Camel Sweater
I opted for a warm turtleneck and topcoat for this outfit. The coat is mostly sold out in petite (that seems to be a recurring theme lately) but it is still available in a few other colors!

Long Cardigan
This cardigan from Quince is a nearly identical match to the J.Crew Juliette Sweater for almost half the price! For reference, I have also tried the Amazon dupes of that sweater and they have all been way too big for me – this one still has a nice fit.
