Mom squad rejoice, this workout is for you! Grab your leggings (we know you’re already wearing them), throw your hair in a bun and grab the cutest weight you have; your little! Not only are you going to do double duty entertaining your baby cakes and getting a good workout, you’re actually going to get a better workout with their help. All of that wiggling they so love to do, adds a great balance challenge to your mommy and me routine. If you have older children (or even a great workout partner), invite them in for your next workout with the challenge of knocking mom off balance. No, not so hard that you fall and hurt yourself, but just enough that it challenges you to engage more muscles, go deeper and work a little harder. Stay tuned for workouts that include older kiddos as well!

I love when you guys do these. The gifs were really helpful too.
Girl—the first thing I thought when I saw these photos is better you than me—ha ha!!
I have a hard enough time doing them without a baby strapped to me! You are an amazing woman!! And so cute!!

I don’t have a little one to lug around anymore for workouts, but if I did I would try these. So cute! 🙂

What a cute idea for a workout! Definitely one to start when they are young so as they grow, their weight continues to challenge you!
I wish I would have thought of this when my boys were little! The best I did was lots of walking in the stroller!
This is beyond the cutest workout sessions I’ve ever did see.
Great way to work out with the little ones. Love the gifs showing how to do each move!
What a fun workout! When my daughter was a baby I used to put on a workout DVD while she slept. I rarely got to the end before she woke up and I’d have to jingle her rattle while exercising to keep her amused!

I’m loving this mommy and me work out! Babies add the best weight, and these are such great moves. Wishing mine were little enough to still do this!

Thank you so much darling!! 🙂
Thank you Carrie!
Thanks Jill!!
Yay! So glad to hear you like those! We think its definitely nice when you can see a move being performed all the way through.
lol Thank you so much Jodie! It definitely ups the challenge factor but also kind of provides a little distracting fun when you have a little buddy strapped to you. 🙂
Thank you Marta! 🙂
Thanks Mary! It really is 🙂
Awww is it weird that that kind of made me a little sad? Just made me think about how eventually she won’t be tiny enough to work out with me anymore.
That is SO true!!
That’s a great workout too! I do that as well!
Thank you so much darlin! 🙂
Thank you! Glad to hear you like the GIFs – we will keep ’em coming!
Awwww! Thats super awesome that you kept going until the end even after she woke up rather than throwing in the towel. 🙂
Awww makes me sad to think about her not being small enough to do this anymore. Kind of makes me want to do this workout every day lol
You are too sweet girl!
Thank you Sarah! 🙂
hehe I know right? Most of the time she was like, can I get down so I can go play? lol
