With Thanksgiving tomorrow, it’s only fitting to share something that I’m thankful for…a few things maybe. I’ll start with this coat. My sweet Mimi bought me this coat for my birthday about 4-5 years ago. It’s from Banana Republic and is so well made. Year after year, after a little dry cleaning, it looks beautiful. I love to wear it, especially around the holidays. I’m thankful for closet staples like this coat, and my favorite riding boots.
On all the serious notes, I’m so very thankful for my family and friends and the beautiful life that God blessed me with. On a much more superficial note, I’m thankful for J. Crew and their never ending supply of gingham year after year. This gingham cutie is the newest addition to my closet. It’s a little on the longer side, so even though I’m wearing it tucked here, it looks just as great with leggings. Y’all know I love leggings. I also picked up a buffalo check flannel that’s oh so soft! I bought it on sale, girlfriend doesn’t pay J. Crew full price…so I’m also thankful for sales.
I’m thankful for each and every one of you; my fellow bloggers and readers, who make it worthwhile to create in this space. I wish you all the very best and hope you have a wonderful Thanksgiving with your family and friends.
