Last week I posted a question on Instagram asking what I should style next. One request I received was ways to style snakeskin or leopard booties. I love leopard and have quite a bit of it in my closet, but snakeskin is a little bit out of my comfort zone. So, I took this request on as a challenge, bought me a pair of snakeskin booties and thought of all of the ways I could style them. Turns out, I could come up with a lot more ways that I thought I could, and I’m really enjoying them in my wardrobe. The booties have nearly every neutral color in them: black, white, gray, and brown, so they blend really well with a lot of different things.
Four Ways to Wear Snakeskin Booties
With Burgundy
I bought this cozy turtleneck from Old Navy recently, and just knew it would be a pretty compliment to the snakeskin booties. I ordered it in regular xs online and from the reviews I was expecting it to be a huge tunic length. Turns out, it’s not crazy oversized, just cozy and is cute with jeans but could also be worn with a pair of leggings.

Monochrome
I took to an almost monochromatic outfit to let the booties really shine with this one. In the end I opted to add the scarf for a little something extra. I cuffed my jeans under to be a great length for the booties.

With a Cardigan
If you watch the IGtv style session that goes with this post you’ll see the white tunic top worn on its own. I really love it that way and would totally just wear the tunic top. However, I also love that you can dress it up just a bit with the cardigan, and it adds a little warmth. These jeans are an ankle length and they’re perfect with the booties!

With Neutrals
The color of this jacket blended so beautifully with the booties, I had to put the two together. I styled it with a tunic sweater that I ultimately tucked under. However, I think it also looks cute with the tunic top worn long and with leggings!

Pin Me For Later!
I’m going to enjoy wearing these booties this winter and into the spring. They’re currently marked down, and come in several colors! I also have them in “Tortilla Suede” and love them!
Be sure to catch this on IGtv and let me know what you want to see styled next!
