It’s about time I shared a few spring work outfits with you. I’ve been trying to find colored pants I like the fit of to share, but I just kept striking out. So, instead I put this post together with mostly classic spring neutrals, like navy, white and camel.
Four Spring Work Outfits
Sizing reference: I’m 4’10” tall and around 105lbs. I’m typically an XS/XXS
Camel + Navy
Navy is a great neutral for spring. It has the versatility of black, but is lightened up a bit. I paired these pants with a navy floral top and camel blazer. The top is really great on its own as well, it has cute puff sleeves you can’t see under my blazer.

Wide Leg Crops
If you want to try a different style of pants, these wide-leg crops are petite-friendly and come in multiple colors! I’ve had some requests to style wide-leg pants and jeans in general and have a post with jeans coming up soon, so keep an eye out for that if you’re interested! These pants in particular run true to size. The top is a Kohl’s find and while I love it overall, it’s sheer and needs a cami underneath.

Spring Green
If you prefer tops you can wear untucked, this is a great one. It fits me well overall and there is no gaping in the armholes. It does have a square back, which isn’t necessarily low, but some may find it not appropriate for their workplace. In that case, you can easily throw on a blazer or a cardigan. The shoes are a recent Target buy. They look just like my Dolce Vita heels, for a fraction of the cost. They’re also really comfortable.

White + Navy
Last, I love wearing my white jeans to work in the spring. This demi-boot style from Madewell is a longtime favorite of mine for its overall fit and durability. Mine are a couple of years old and they still look amazing. they’re also not one bit see-through. Another highlight of this outfit is the blazer. It’s a J.Crew Factory blazer that fits just like my favorite Parke Blazer but is a lot less expensive. It also comes in pink and white!

I’m always on the hunt for more work outfits for you, it remains the most requested topic I receive! Also on my list, are more casual outfits for teachers. Stay tuned for more!
