Today I’m sharing a few neutral fall outfits from LOFT that you can wear to work. As always, I tried to mix dress codes, so some of these are on the smart casual side, and others are more business casual.

Neutral Fall Outfits for Work
Sizing Reference: I’m 4’10” and typically wear a size Petite XXS/00/24 at LOFT.
Plaid Dress
This dress is comfortable and made from a thick knit material. It has a little room on me in the waist, so I belted it. I’m wearing it in Petite 00 and although it is a little roomy in the waist, I wouldn’t size down.

Plaid Blazer
This plaid blazer has a little hint of green and a great petite fit. I love the modern fit that’s proportioned well for someone who is petite. I’m wearing it in Petite 00 and it fits true to size. The pants are a slim stretchy fit and are true to size, for me that’s Petite 00. The sweater has a slight puff at the shoulders that’s really cute and not overwhelming. I’m wearing it in Petite XXS.

Striped Sweater
I love the gold buttons on this sweater and the slim fit that’s great for tucking in. The charcoal jeans have a comfortable high-rise and a cropped flare bottom. They’re true to size in Petite 24.

Black Dress
This black shift dress is a little bit snug through the hips on me, so I felt like it was best as a base layer. I’m wearing it in Petite 00. Although it’s a little snug around my hips I wouldn’t recommend sizing up, that’s a common fit issue for me with shift dresses.

White Button-Down
The striped sweater from above also looks great worn over the shoulders. I went with a simple base of a classic button-down and slim black jeans. The jeans are mid-rise and stretchy and fit me well in Petite 24.
