It’s easy through the hustle and bustle of life, to lose focus of your core principles. You may be having a hard time, feeling down lately or just feeling like you can’t ‘get ahead’. I recently recalled a very insightful old Indian proverb that helps me regain focus. It goes something like this:
There was an old Indian chief sitting with his grandson. He explained to his grandson that there are two wolves that reside inside all of us.
One wolf is angry, nasty, hateful, impatient, jealous, dishonest and lives without integrity. It is evil.
The other wolf is kind, loving, honest, forgiving, nurturing and peaceful. It is good.
The grandson turned and asked; grandfather which wolf ultimately wins. The old chief replied, the one you choose to feed.
If things aren’t going so well in your day or in your life, ask yourself, which wolf are you feeding?

I just wrote a post that was somewhat similar about how we need to keep positive energy in our lives. I feel like a lot of us tend to lose that with every day life especially if either our jobs or life in general is stressful.
