Boy do I wish I could do some Plyometrics right about now. But, nope intense training and jumping around is not advised for the mammas to be. But, for all the other ladies out there, ready to go hard and torch some calories in literally 15-20 minutes, this is for you!
Always start with the warm-up then give it 110% through the circuits. Finish up with a 5-10 minute cool down and go on with your day feeling ultra powerful and many calories lighter!
As always, consult with your physician before beginning any new fitness routine, this program is not tailored to the individual and does not take into account personal health history or injuries, please refer to our terms of use for full disclosure.
Great workout… but it’ll have to wait for a little bit longer for me as well.

Oh dear, this one looks a bit more difficult, but a good change. I’ll working out from home tonight and will give this series a go! Hope you had such a great weekend! XO
