Cardio 3.5.1. Workout

I love putting together workouts filled with “drill” moves. Probably the result of a background playing sports. My favorite class I ever taught (back when I used to teach group exercise) was a boot camp class. This 3-5-1 workout is definitely drill inspired, so put on some butt kicking music like “Firestarter” by Prodigy and get ready to move! πŸ˜‰
