After a fun filled weekend, it’s back to reality. Ho hum. It’s always hard to get back on track and back to routine after letting loose on the weekend, but it must be done!
Friday, we took baby man to field day and of course his favorites were the trucks and tractors. He was definitely in a happy little boy trance at the truck pull.
Saturday, we were lucky to have nana watch baby and mom and dad got a trip to the beach! Of course I missed my sweet boy, but it sure was nice to have a baby free night.
I wore some of my banana favorites and revas down to the beach. I was feeling very business on top, party on the bottom, but this crazy weather makes it hard to get dressed for day.
Saturday night there was lots of wine to be had and ‘white girl’ dancing to be done. I am still hobbling around from the trauma my calves endured jumping up and down in stilettos, but it was so worth it.
I wore out some of my fun finds from a banana trip Thursday. It pays to look around for deals before venturing out to the mall! My favorites are ebates and retail me not. I got all three of these for $15.00, score!!
After all that drinking and dancing, needless to say, I’ve been a little sluggish today. I slept through my morning workout, but fit it in this afternoon. I hate to throw off my routine, but life is made for living, what’s the fun in always sticking to same ol same ;).
