Crock pot cooking and the livings easy. For this quick and delicious healthy recipe you will need:

  • 2 lbs lean ground turkey meat
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1 chopped green pepper
  • 1 small onion chopped
  • 2 egg whites
  • 1/4 cup tomato sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Mrs. Dash table blend
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire or Liquid Aminos
  • Ketchup for the top
  • Salt and Pepper to taste

This recipe is as easy as they come. Mix all ingredients together, form into a loaf and place onto a strip of aluminum foil in your slow cooker. Top with ketchup, cook on low for 8 hours. Enjoy!

I paired mine with mashed sweet potatoes and green beans. You can also use your leftovers for meatloaf sandwiches! This one is on a spelt tortilla with mustard.
