One dress, three different ways to wear it.
One Dress Three Ways
First, let’s talk about the dress. It fits well in Petite XXS (on me). The drawstring waist is functional and the length is to the knee, making it great for wearing to work. It is unlined so you’ll either need nude undergarments or a slip if you’re comfortable wearing one.
With Heels
The most obvious way to wear a dress is on its own with a pair of heels. The lighter color and subtle polka dots on this dress make me think of wearing it to church or a daytime activity like a bridal or baby shower. I sized up 1/2 size in the heels, per the recommendation on the Nordstrom site and they fit well. They’re surprisingly comfortable for how tall they are.

With Sneakers
This dress works with sneakers as well! Throw on a denim jacket and you’ve got a great casual outfit. I think it’s a little harder to pair sneakers with dresses when you’re short, but I don’t think that means you shouldn’t wear them. I like sneakers best with a dress or skirt that is above or at the knee.

To Work
You can also add a blazer with this dress for a great wear-to-work outfit. I’m wearing white here, but navy also looks great with it.
