There’s really nothing fancy about this post, but I was asked to give some ideas for casual weekend outfits. Your requests ranged from simply casual comfortable, to what to wear to my kid’s sports games. So, I put together a few petite-friendly and comfortable options I hope you’ll love.

For sizing reference, I’m 4’10”, and I typically wear petite 24/00/XXS.
All Black
Starting with my most worn outfit to run errands, leggings plus a black coat. If it’s warmer out I wear this light coat, if it’s cooler I wear a heavier black coat. It’s simple and one of my favorite outfits to wear.

Tunic Sweatshirt
I really love tunic-length things. I know it’s not for everyone but if I want to be comfortable, I go for tunics! This sweatshirt is from Old Navy and definitely has an oversized fit, that I personally love. I’m wearing it in Petite XS and you can see it’s roomy and long on me. The jeans are also a new favorite of mine, but I have been getting mixed reviews from readers on them. I’m 4’10” tall, if you’re even a couple of inches taller than me, you may not like the length of them and may prefer the standard-fit over petite. They’re tight at first, but with wear stretch out so I recommend your true size.

Jeans and a Sweatshirt
Another simple one for you! This particular sweatshirt comes in a few other colors. It’s comfortable, but it also has buttons on the neck which gives it a little something extra. I sized up in it for more room.

Utility Jacket
I’m still a big fan of wearing my utility jacket in the spring. It’s not as popular as it once was, but it’s still a favorite of mine. I saw that LOFT put out a petite one recently and I’m hopeful it has a great fit! My jacket is older and unavailable, so I’m linking the LOFT jacket for you.

Cropped Jacket
Last, jeans and a simple cropped jacket. I’m wearing a sweater under the jacket for cooler spring days. The jacket fits great overall in my true size (XXS). It also comes in light blue and black if you’re not feeling the bright white.
