After my last style session, I received a request to see date night outfits, in particular casual date night outfits. Casual is my kind of style – if we’re going out, I’m more than likely going to wear my jeans. So, I worked to get this post out (just barely) before Valentines day, in case you’re still looking for a little inspiration. Since none of my outfits are holiday specific, they’ll serve you well for any date night!
Pink + White
This pretty puff sleeve pink sweater is perfect for Valentines, but will also be so cute into the spring. I think I will forever be a fan of white, pink and denim together. If you want to dress this one up a bit more, you could throw on a pair of nude pumps and a pink blazer instead, but this is more than likely the way I would wear it.
Sizing: The jeans I’m wearing are sold out, but I linked a similar pair from Old Navy. I’m wearing petite 0. The sweater is petite xxs, my jacket is petite xs. My booties are “tortilla suede”.

Moto Jacket
I once shared on Instagram that Steven always has rather comical things to say about what I choose to wear. But, this jacket – is one thing he likes! So, of course if I’m going to plan something for a date night, I’m going to include this jacket.
Sizing: I’m linking similar jeans, the pair I’m wearing is petite 24. The top is petite xxs, and the jacket is xs.

Pretty Little Peplum
I go crazy for LOFT’s peplum tops. When I saw this little white one, I just had to have it! Paired with a pump in pretty pink and it’s perfect! These particular shoes come in other really pretty colors too, it’s hard to just have the one pair. The top is sheer on the bottom and in the sleeves.
Sizing: My Jeans are petite 24 linking the exact pair. My top is petite xxs. The shoes run slightly big, if you have the option I would size down 1/2 size.

Pink Dress
This dress was a total impulse purchase at Target one day, but if you get a chance to feel the fabric, you’ll know why – it is SO soft. Like blanket soft, but still so pretty. It is snug up top, so if you’re a little better endowed it may make for a tight fit.
Sizing: My dress is an xs, the jacket is petite xs and the booties are “tortilla suede” they run true to size.

Snakeskin Booties
When I first hung this navy top up, it was beside my jacket and I instantly wanted to wear the two together, it’s such a pretty combination! I paired it with the snakeskin booties, but I think it would look pretty with pumps too.
Sizing: My top is regular xxs (but I wish I had it in petite), the jacket is an xs, and my jeans are petite 24 (linking a similar pair).

My kind of date night style is casual, but still a little bit dressed up. At this stage in my life, date night is basically anywhere Steven and I get to go without the kids, whether that’s just Chick-Fil-A or somewhere fancy, I’m always happy to get a chance with just him!
