Six Ways to Wear White Sneakers

I’m tackling another one of your requests this week – ways to wear white sneakers. I’m all about the sneaker trend, you can be cute and comfortable. However, finding the right pair of white sneakers for me, hasn’t been all that easy. I tried a low top style, which I found to be too wide and frumpy on my short legs. Then I tried a canvas style, which I found to be too uncomfortable. Finally, I settled on a pair of Reebok Classics.

These sneakers bring back high school nostalgia for me, and they aren’t too wide, flat or clunky on my short legs. I wear them often throughout the week, most of the time with something very casual and comfortable (like the pullover I showed in the IGtv video). However, for this post (and for you) I wanted to come up with ways to wear them a little more dressed up. I tried them with a dress, but I’m just too short for that look, so all of these looks are with jeans.

Six Ways to Wear White Sneakers

With a Utility Jacket

Whether your utility jacket is camo or not, it would work for this outfit. I wear this look the most often with my sneakers (weather permitting). I’ll often tuck in my tee, but I’m showing it untucked per a reader request!

Sizing: My jeans are petite 24, my top is xxs. The sneakers run true to size.

With a Blazer

I have worn this combination so many times it’s likely you’ve already seen it. However, I haven’t yet worn it with sneakers, so there’s that!

Sizing: My jeans are regular 24 (however, I cut them a DIY hem). My top is a regular xs and my sweater is a regular xxs.

With a Cardigan

I originally wore this outfit with a moto jacket, but once I saw it filmed, I decided it would look better with a longer topper. Pulled out a pair of straight leg jeans for a relaxed look!

Sizing: My exact jeans are sold out, however, I am linking a pair with a similar fit (I’m wearing petite 24). My bodysuit is an xs, I would suggest sizing up in it as mine is slightly snug. My sweater is a regular xxs.

With a Denim Jacket

I just may wear this denim jacket as much as I wear my sweater blazer! I bought mine last spring, but it’s back this year and I can’t recommend it enough. I love the all black base under the jacket, but I think this outfit would also look great with a white top instead.

Sizing: Wearing the same DIY hem jeans as above, in regular 24. My top is an xs and my jacket is a petite xs. The petite in my exact jacket is sold out, however, there is a very similar jacket available in petite that I linked as well.

With a Sweater

The last outfit is casual at its finest. I love wearing a simple sweater with jeans and sneakers, it’s the the perfect outfit for running errands or hangin’ with my boys.
