Holiday Party Outfit with Talbots
My Sizing: I’m 4’10” and my bust, waist, and hip measurements are 32″, 24″ and 36″. My typical inseam is 24-25″. The clothes shown are unaltered and show how they fit me right from the store. I list my sizing beside each item to help you compare when shopping online. Unless otherwise noted, I find the items to fit true to size.
I went with a black base for this outfit and added a festive red coat. I love the holiday vibe it gives without being holiday-specific, so you’ll get lots of wear out of this outfit even after the season.

Lace Pencil Skirt
This lace pencil skirt is a beautiful piece you can wear to a party and even to work. It is fully lined and fits me well overall in my true size at Talbots, Petite 0. There is a ribbon detail around the waist that doesn’t have any stretch so you may want to size up here if you need more room through the waist.
Ruffle Collar Sweater
I love the ruffle collar detail on this sweater. It makes for a little touch that elevates a classic. I’m wearing this top in Petite P and it’s a little bit roomy on me, so you may want to size down for a closer fit.

Red Stadium Coat
Red is the color of the season and this red coat is a vibrant layering piece that makes a statement. I love the perfect petite fit (great sleeve length too) and find it to be a warm piece that would work well in cold areas. This coat is fully lined as well. I’m wearing it in Petite 0, my true size. I also love this short red coat.
Statement Heels
Holiday heels are always gorgeous! I love this vibrant red pair and the jeweled strap that dresses up any outfit is the perfect statement. These are the kind of shoes you can add to an outfit to instantly dress it up. They’re true to size overall and since they have a lower heel they’re comfortable and walkable. I also love these heels and these heels.
