With more and more people still working at home and workplaces relaxing their dress code, jeans are becoming an appropriate option for work. When I polled my IG following, nearly 70% of people were allowed to wear jeans. I have a post planned for more formal dress codes in the next week, but today I’m focusing on those that are more casual.

Summer Layers
I can relate to needing some layers in the office. I went with a sleeveless top as the base so you can stay cool in the heat outdoors, but added a light cardigan for indoors. I’m wearing the top in XXS and the cardigan in XS. The jeans are true to size (stretch with wear) and I’m wearing them in Petite 24. They’re rather cropped, so if you prefer more length, you may like the regular sizing instead.

Work From Home Outfit
Pair jeans, with a dressy top, and you’ve got a great work-from-home outfit. If you need some warmth add a light cardigan like the one above. The top is true to size, I’m wearing it in Petite XXS. The jeans are the same for every outfit. I went with a dark wash without distressing to keep it work-appropriate.

Long Sleeve Top
Yes, these outfits are similar. But when you’re wearing a pair of jeans to work in the summer, I don’t think you really need much more than a nice top and comfortable shoes. I half-tucked this top to make the look a little more relaxed, but you can tuck it all the way in or wear it untucked as well. I’m wearing it in Petite XS.

Blazer Outfit
After pulling this outfit up to edit my content, I immediately regretted adding the heels to it. My jeans are a little too cropped for pumps and I wish I had just opted for flats instead. If the jeans were longer I think the heels could work as a way to dress the jeans up a bit. You could also go for a more casual heel that may be a better match for the jeans.
