When the weather is nice, I almost always take my workout outdoors. No, I don’t mean to the park for a run, I mean my front yard, for all the neighbors to see, while baby love conducts choo choos around the driveway. There is something about the sun and the fresh air that makes a good workout, a great workout.
So, I encourage you to take this workout outside if you can, (maybe in the shade), crank up the tunes and grab an extra bottle of water. Remember, just like last week, this workout is about having fun and giving it your all. As they say, go hard, or go home!
