Casseroles, easy to make, easy to take. I love making casseroles at least once a week, knowing I can count on a well rounded dish to leave us with enough for a couple day’s dinners and maybe even some leftovers for lunch at work! This bake, is a spin on the Mac and Cheese recipe I shared earlier this year. In that recipe, I used GoVeggie cheese to cut down on saturated fats, however, some may not love the taste of GoVeggie, so I would recommend adding low fat cheese instead.
