Monday meal plans

Happy Monday to you!

The start of a new week and a new chance to meet some new goals! This week I am going to focus on really sticking to my plans, workouts and clean eating. October is the start of the hardest time of year for me to stay on point. I’m not sure if its the comfort in putting away my summer clothes, or the countless parties (prob the parties) but I get into a habit of letting myself go. Not this year!! My goal is to make my holidays healthy! Still enjoyable, but healthy, so at the start at 2014, I won’t feel like a slug.

On Monday (or sunday) I like to sit down and plan out my week. For accountability (and maybe a little inspiration) I thought I would share them with you!

This week I will be filling a new 30 day challenge group. I already have quite a few excited and motivated ladies signed up, but still have room for some more. So, if you’re dying for a place for support and the tools to teach you how to eat clean and stay on track through the holiday, fill out my challenge assessment (under challenge in the menu) so I can get you started in the group with the best plan for you! I’m talking anywhere from 5-15 pounds lost in a month, real women, real busy lives, making it happen in these groups!

Another thing I love to do to stay on track is plan out dinner. Which tends to be the next day’s lunch too 😉

Monday: brown rice spaghetti with turkey marinara
Tuesday: rosemary chicken & corn quinoa
Wednesday: late day at work, dinner out
Thursday: turkey meatballs, sweet potatoes and broccoli
Friday: grilled turkey burgers + veggies
Saturday: we’re having a chili cookout, so I will be submitting a turkey chili and using that as my dinner
Sunday: crock pot chicken stew

Hopefully, I will stick to these plans! We all know life happens, you get tired and its easy to just go out to eat, but I always start the week with good intentions 😉

And it wouldn’t be a successful Monday post without a recap of my weekend in pictures.

I made some fall crafts (somewhat sloppily because I’m a little bit impatient) and turned those pumpkin donuts into pancakes! Winner!

I hope you are all pumped for a new week! I sure am 😉
