I typically write a big denim round-up once a year – in the winter. But the more I’m asked about jeans and where to find that petite-friendly fit, I realized each season really needs its own post. So, today I’m sharing a few resources for finding no hem (even when you’re under five feet like me) jeans for spring and summer.

Petite-Friendly Spring and Summer Denim
Sizing Reference: I’m 4’10” and around 105lbs.

Madewell Perfect Vintage
Always flattering from front to back – Madewell’s Perfect Vintage jeans are my all-around top pick for spring and summer. Every pair I own is the perfect blend of rigid denim that sucks you in like a vintage pair of jeans but is also comfortable. I’m sharing both a white pair and a light wash denim pair. They both fit me the same in my true size, Petite 24, with a little stretch with wear. Because I’m asked often, I did not hem these jeans (or any of the jeans I post) this is how they fit me right from the store.

The white jeans are a little bit off-white, which I really like. They’re thick and not see-through, which is a big plus for a pair of white jeans.

Abercrombie Straight Jeans
I first shared these jeans last summer and since then they have been the most sold item on my blog – ever! They’re a fan favorite all around and continue to be stocked at Abercrombie. I’m wearing them in extra short here, but if you want more length at the ankle, I recommend wearing them in short. I also size up in these jeans and wear them in the curvy fit.

LOFT Cropped Flare Jeans
The jeans at LOFT fit a little differently with each pair, so not every single one is a winner for me, but this white pair is great! I’m wearing them in my true size, Petite 24, and they fit well everywhere from the length to the waist. They’re also not see-through and they have a raw hem. I personally love the cropped flare fit, I feel like it has a balancing effect for my hips which are a little wider in proportion to the rest of me (straight jeans do that as well).
