Another week of fabulous HIIT style training. High Intensity Interval Training has been proven to be efficient and effective, giving you hour long results in just 20 minutes. The key is to give it your all girls!
Be sure to start with the warm up and go hard through the circuits. Finish up with a 5-10 minute cool down and stretch!
