Over the next two months we have six new workouts to share with you! These workouts are the basic resistance moves that we incorporate into our own personal fitness routines. We named this series Pretty and Pumped because that is exactly what you are, strong and beautiful! We recommend a light weight that exhausts you by the end of the 45 seconds for each exercise. If you’re just starting out, start without any weight at all, you can also begin with 30 seconds intervals and work your way up to 45 seconds. This series comes with a calendar that you can access through our monthly download page! We hope you love this series and come November have some new sexy muscles to show for it!
