Carrots are one vegetable, I don’t love. I can tolerate them, eat them raw, never really enjoying them, but they’re easy to grab and go.
Wanting to introduce a different veggie to baby man, (since lately he scoffs at every veggie offered to him) I decided to give the vegetable I normally pass over a little love with a slightly sweet cooked recipe. Thinking the sweet taste and un crunchy texture could draw in my toddler. The verdict, hubby and I loved it, but baby man, didn’t like the way they looked and wouldn’t even take a bite. Oh well, maybe next week ;).
