Coincidentally, this style session became very patriotic. It also became almost exclusively LOFT finds. I found the shorts at LOFT and there were so many tops that just went with them, so it felt fitting!
Four Ways to Wear Printed Shorts
These shorts first appeared in my Seven Summer Outfits style session and became a top seller. I think they’re cute as can be, flattering and nice and light for hot weather. They’re starting to sell out, so if you love them, grab them! I’m wearing an XS.
Flutter Sleeves and Heels
I really love this flutter sleeve top, and it compliments the blue and white shorts well. The top has an interesting neckline that perfectly hides a regular bra, while still showing a little more skin. You can’t see it in this picture but the back comes down in a square just like the front. The band across the chest is a little bit tight, so I would recommend going up one size.
I had a question earlier this week about what I wear with my shirts that you can see a bra through (like this top). I just put a cami under it! I’ve been wearing the same simple white camis from Kohls since high school. They’re affordable, and they last! I wear a small for reference.

Fourth of July BBQs covered! I don’t tend to wear a lot of red, but I just love this top! It’s inspiring me to buy more red. This is one of those tops from LOFT that I was telling you they make all of the time. It always comes in different colors and prints through the seasons and it is always one of my favorite styles!

Just as versatile and great as the denim jacket – is the white denim jacket. It’s been years since I’ve had one in my closet and I finally added a new one! I’m excited to wear it with just about everything and style it multiple ways in the future for you! This one from LOFT is a great petite fit, I’m wearing a petite xxs.

Off The Shoulder
Summer date night ready! This OTS top does move a little when you move your arms, but it’s still overall comfortable for an off the shoulder top. I tucked it in because I like the look of a full tuck with these shorts, but it has a cute cropped fit that would look great with high-waisted shorts and jeans.
