We have another fun, dance, cardio and body weight resistance workout for you! This workout, like most of our workouts, runs in circuits, be sure to warm up 5-10 minutes prior to working out and cool down and stretch for at least 10 minutes post workout. Each exercise is performed for 30 seconds with 15 seconds of rest between exercises. Repeat the circuit 3-4 times for a complete workout. In the video, we will demonstrate the next exercise during the 15 seconds of active rest.
We recommend doing this working three days a week, on alternating days (M,W,F). Adding a total body toning routine on the off days, like our ballerina beauty workouts.
