You guysssssss these workouts are great- I’m bookmarking this post for days I can’t get to the gym, for sure.
Just eased back into cardio after being off to heal up from knee surgery- it was intense, ha. I have completely lost all my cardio endurance, yikes! But back at it, as they say. 🙂
