I’ve been training for my half marathon and trust me I wanted to slack off, since the long run was LONG… but, I was good and got it done. I’ve been trying to work out before the kids wake up, but it’s hard some mornings! Some weeks are def. better than others! Lol!

That’s awesome Carrie!! I remember training for a half, it was brutal!
My daily workouts are always the same and need to switch things up! I also need to get some kettle bells and a medicine ball so I can try your Wednesday and Friday workouts!
