Stability Ball Babe | Lower Body Workout & Giveaway!

It’s Monday and I’m going to kick your butt! But, in the best way possible. 🙂
Today’s workout is focused on your lower body and really building your booty, but it is also great for your core and touches on the upper body as well. I think of all workouts, booty workouts are my ultimate favorite. Which is probably pretty apparent from this workout and this workout, oh and this one too. The 45 degree lunge in Stability Ball Babe is perfect for achieving a round booty; ya’ know that kind of booty you see on athletes. Athletes are typically running and stopping in different directions, not just front to back and side to side. So, when you add resistance training moves to your workouts, that go in more directions than just your typical front to back or side to side, you’re going to build a more athletic body! Boom.
Now, I love to workout at home or even better, outside; you can be barefoot, you can look like a big ol’ hot mess without anyone watching and you can blast your music as loud as you want to! But, some people love to workout in a gym or with a trainer. The gym atmosphere can be so motivating and gives you access to more equipment!
