Midi Dress with an Oversized Sweater

Remember this midi dress? The most comfortable ASOS maternity dress evaaa, (totally a word), that I purchased several of. Well, she is back on the blog, in a new style, warmed up for the dropping temperatures. I’ve mentioned before, a lot of maternity clothes can be pretty heinous, either over priced for the short six months span you will wear them, or totally off trend. I try to find non-maternity pieces that will be bump friendly when I can. Lucky for me, big cozy sweaters are gracing the racks and giving this momma to be, lots of options. I picked this comfortable beauty up at H&M and with the quick addition of a belt, so I don’t look like a water buffalo, it became the perfect topper to my favorite dress.

You are looking adorable! I love the idea of layering a sweater over a dress! I completely agree about your assessment of maternity clothing as well. Heinous and completely over priced. I was such a grouch whenever I had to go shopping when I was pregnant! I could never find anything good!
