Blooper Reel

I am not a natural in front of the camera. Whenever Brooke and I get together to take pictures for the blog, I usually take about 10 pics on average to every one picture Brooke takes. Mostly this is because I have a hard time standing still or posing in a serious fashion. 75% of the time my mouth is wide open. What do I do with my hands, arms, legs, face so I don’t repeat the same pose over and over again? Believe it or not, this ratio is an improvement from what it was like when I first got into the blogging game 2 years ago. Since I’m in the process of cleaning up the pics on my computer, for fun I decided to pull out some of those pics that never made the final cut so you can catch a glimpse into what our photo sessions are really like (aka what Brooke has to put up with)…

    The bloopers are definitely the fun ones to look back on!! I laughed because my husband took some photos yesterday and he’ll say oh thats a great one and I look and my eyes are like mid-blink…so we clearly have different opinions as to what “looks good” lol! xo, Biana –BlovedBoston

    These are awesome and you need to keep them! I am so not natural in front of the camera, so I end up doing the same pose week after week. It come so easy to Blaire, and she looks so natural. You always look adorable in your posts!

    LOL, break out the sorority pose…seriously sometimes posing is so weird. Like when I have to do a photo shoot and my family is just standing there watching…so awkward! Luckily over the years they’ve gotten use to it…but it does feel silly!

    I love it! It definitely makes you as a blogger relatable, esp among fellow fashion bloggers. Most people think of our “job” as glamorous, but behind 5-10 perfect blog photos are 30 or more than are far from perfect!
