J.Crew Sweater Blazer Worn Four Ways

In case you haven’t noticed by the amount of times I’ve mentioned the J.Crew sweater blazer since last year, I love it! This sweater continues to be one of my most favorite things in my closet, and for good reason – it goes with everything, and can be worn for any occasion!

Four Ways to Wear the J.Crew Sweater Blazer

With a Skirt

This J.Crew sweater blazer looks just as good with skirts as it does a great pair of pants. The sweater gives a good amount of structure, while still looking slightly relaxed. I love a good blazer with a skirt, which can give the same effect, but you can’t beat the warmth of the sweater.

With White Denim

This outfit remains one of the most popular on my blog (according to Pinterest). I too loved the combination of camel, white and leopard. In that post I mentioned that the length of the J.Crew sweater blazer was perfect for my white denim, because it did the perfect amount of imperfection hiding in the rear end, that white denim likes to show off, without adding too much weight to my hips.

Layered with a Sweater

Talk about cozy! Thecombination of a cropped turtleneck sweater, and the blazer is one of my favorites! I also personally like that the length of the sleeves is shorter than the length of my layering sweater. The sleeves of the turtleneck are pulled down quite a bit over my hands in my pictures, thanks to the blistering cold that was last Christmas, but you get the idea! I also love wearing these two tops together with a pair of jeans, or slacks for work. This outfit is from last year’s post about my most loved items for winter.

With Jeans

Is there anything you can’t wear with a pair of jeans? Of course jeans are an obvious companion to the sweater, but I always like the elevated look the sweater gives. In this post I shared how adding a pair of heels, dressed this look up for a date night!

If you’re wondering about the care of the sweater, it is dry clean only. However, I use Dryel at home to clean it, and honestly I only clean it after a handful of wears. If you hang your clothes after wearing, you don’t need to wash them as often. Your clothes will last longer and will fit better for years! This same concept goes for denim as well. Did you know you’re not actually supposed to wash your jeans that often?

The combinations could go on for days, trust me, I’ve worn this pretty little sweater so many ways. Which way is your favorite?
