I’m not a fan of cardio. Whenever it comes up, I’m like…
But, the reality is, no training program is complete without a few good cardio sessions! As much as you need weight training and HIIT training, you also need steady state cardio. It’s great for your heart and just all around great for you!
So, since it’s friday, I’m going to be jumping for joy…and then jumping for another 30 minutes, to get my cardio fix in.
Check back on Sunday! I’m going to be starting a little something new. I’ve been sending weekly workout schedules to my e-mail subscribers, but will start adding that schedule on the blog as well!
I hope you have a fun weekend planned, hopefully this workout will kick start the fun for you!

Some day I’m going to be able to do a tuck jump! Haha
I’m going to do this today. I don’t hate cardio but I surly don’t love it. Great post 🙂 Have a great weekend
I really need to try this! It actually sounds kinda fun and something I could do while the kids are working on their homework (does that sound bad?! lol!).

I love my cardio! When I work up a good sweat I always feel like I’ve accomplished something. This is great to mix it up!
It does feel awesome to work up a good sweat!
Yeah!! That doesn’t sound bad at all, haha! I’m always sneaking my workouts in.
Yay! Hope you love the workout! Have a great weekend!
You will! You can modify them by bringing one knee up at a time, to your elbow, without the jump! 🙂
You’re welcome! Hope you enjoy it!
Oh yea you know I love a good cardio circuit! 😉
