If chocolate was blue this dress would scream Neapolitan ice cream all the way. Not quite the exact but that is what I think of every time I see this dress.

I love the ease of throwing on a dress if you’re in a rush to work. When I originally spyed this in the store I almost didn’t buy it because the entire thing was open in the back. Everything else screamed professional, but the back screamed party. I bought it anyway and a quick trip the tailor and she was ready to be rocked out at the office.
