Oh how I love Trader Joe’s. The cheap produce, the quality meats and the packaged food with limited ingredient lists. While I love so many things at Trader Joe’s, I do have a few favorites that I buy week after week. Here’s what is on my shopping list:

Cookie Butter – Oh, cookie butter you are glorious! Nutrition aside, cookie butter is delicious and makes for some yummy cookies and oatmeal! I personally use it in my oatmeal, it sure does make breakfast fun!

Stevia – I like to sweeten my coffee with stevia and Trader Joe’s has one of the cheapest bottles around! Plus, it doesn’t have any additives, just plain old stevia and alcohol.

Asparagus & Brussels Sprouts – I love Trader Joe’s produce, it’s yummy and cheap! But, I looooveee their packaged asparagus and brussels sprouts. They are already cut and ready to cook, which makes life easy.

Quinoa Pasta – Quinoa pasta tastes pretty much like plain old white flour pasta. So, I can give my family something a little bit healthier without the fuss you get when you serve up whole wheat noodles.

Specialty Flours & Baking Products Trader Joe’s has the best prices on specialty baking items such as almond meal, coconut flour, raw honey and palm sugar.

Oils Again, Trader Joe’s takes the cake in the price department for their cooking oils, such as coconut oil and olive oil!

And then of course you have some of their frozen meals like, Orange Chicken and their sauces like the General Tso’s Sauce, that I love for a quick family meal! I could probably go on all day about items I’ve tried and loved from T. Joes. What do you love to buy at Trader Joe’s?
