    Medicine balls can really cause you to feel the burn…especially with small repeated movements! My trainer kills me with them all the time LOL. I love your fitness post.

    Great exercises for upper body, and I love that they are convenient to do anywhere. I use both weighted swings, and dumbbells when I don’t have time to go to the gym but have 15 min to exercise at home. It does make a difference for sure. Love. XOXO, Elif

    Criss cross sit-ups are a favorite for me too Susan. The core is something I need to work, but is my least favorite part to work, luckily, it doesn’t take a lot to train those muscles!
