How will you be spending this evening? Cozy by a fire in your snowflake pajamas; visiting with friends over hot cocoa in a warm sweater; or toasting the season in all that sparkles? Me, I’ll be at home, snowflake pajamas, cocoa in hand and telling stories of Santa and reindeer.

Christmas has always been magical to me and my absolute favorite holiday. Not because of the presents, but because of the love, time with family, fireside stories and lights all around. Having a child to share that excitement with makes the season even more magical. This year is the first that he has been aware of what Christmas entails. We’ve had many discussions over cookies and milk about Santa, presents and reindeer. I absolutely cannot wait to celebrate with him tomorrow.
