Sneakers are still having their time in the spotlight and I couldn’t love it more. They look great casually, of course, but it’s becoming more and more common to mix them with all outfits, even work wear. Today I’m sharing three outfits for work with sneakers that are a blend of laid back and professional.

Work Outfits with Sneakers

I’m never one to give out style advice in the form of wear this, not that. I think style is individual so always take my posts as here are a few ideas – not this is the only way you can wear this. You can wear many styles of sneakers to work, but I think a classic slim-fitting white sneaker works well. Although I stuck to pants for this post, I’ve also seen many outfits with dresses for work that look great with sneakers.
With an Oversized White Button Down
Of course, you’re not going to wear a coat at work all day, so I also showed this outfit with just the white top only on my Reel. The oversized fit of the top looks great with a pair of slim-fitting Spanx Perfect Pants.

With a Blazer
This combination would work with other styles of pants as well – like wide leg and trousers. I just don’t have a pair in my closet that works with a flat shoe, so I went with a pair of slim cropped pants from J.Crew.

With Jeans
Sneakers naturally go with jeans. I kept this one professional with dark non-distressed denim and added a blazer. I also kept the colors simple and neutral. Fit notes on the jeans – the jeans run true to size, for me that’s Petite 24. You can see on me in this picture, that the jeans come down full-length on my ankle so they almost meet the top of the sneakers. I personally think that’s fine, but wanted to point out that this pair of jeans isn’t cropped like a lot of the styles we’ve grown used to over the last couple of years.
