Mommy and Me – Little Love Workout & Oh, Hey Girl! Link-Up!

Mom squad rejoice, this workout is for you! Grab your leggings (we know you’re already wearing them), throw your hair in a bun and grab the cutest weight you have; your little! Not only are you going to do double duty entertaining your baby cakes and getting a good workout, you’re actually going to get a better workout with their help. All of that wiggling they so love to do, adds a great balance challenge to your mommy and me routine. If you have older children (or even a great workout partner), invite them in for your next workout with the challenge of knocking mom off balance. No, not so hard that you fall and hurt yourself, but just enough that it challenges you to engage more muscles, go deeper and work a little harder. Stay tuned for workouts that include older kiddos as well!

I don’t have a little one to lug around anymore for workouts, but if I did I would try these. So cute! 🙂

What a cute idea for a workout! Definitely one to start when they are young so as they grow, their weight continues to challenge you!

I wish I would have thought of this when my boys were little! The best I did was lots of walking in the stroller!

Great way to work out with the little ones. Love the gifs showing how to do each move!

What a fun workout! When my daughter was a baby I used to put on a workout DVD while she slept. I rarely got to the end before she woke up and I’d have to jingle her rattle while exercising to keep her amused!

I’m loving this mommy and me work out! Babies add the best weight, and these are such great moves. Wishing mine were little enough to still do this!
