Let the countdown to 2015 begin!! New Years Eve…its the perfect occasion to get all dolled up as you celebrate a new beginning with friends and family. Even a simple house party calls for fancy threads so no matter what you have planned you have the ultimate excuse to get pertied up. Anything that glitters and sparkles is fair game and this tulle beauty does just that as it has subtle flecks of gold embedded throughout the entire skirt. While this gem has mostly been worn dressed down, I bought it with the intention of dressing it up like this. Throw in a party hat, a couple of beaded necklaces and I’m ready for that midnight champagne toast!
