Casual Outfits for Work
My Sizing: I’m 4’10”, and my bust, waist, and hip measurements are 32″, 24″, and 36″. My inseam is 25″ (the measurement from the inside of my leg to my ankle bone). The clothes shown are unaltered and show how they fit me right from the store. I list my sizing beside each item to help you compare when shopping online. When referencing my true size, that is often the smallest option available at a brand or petite xxs/00/24. I wear a size 5 shoe.
Casual Dress
This t-shirt dress is comfortable but is elevated a little bit thanks to the tie waist. It’s not too short and isn’t overly tight and clingy. I find it to be fit true to size, but if you want to be sure it doesn’t cling at all, a size up may work as well. It’s not petite sizing, but the regular length makes this one work appropriate for petites.

Cropped Wide Leg Pants
These cropped wide leg pants are a comfortable stretch option you can wear to work. They are overall true to size, but they do loosen some with wear. I’ll also note, these have a waist gap on me and work the best with a belt.

White Jeans
In many offices where you can’t wear jeans – white jeans are still fair game. I included these wide-leg white jeans from Banana Republic Factory. They’re true to size, comfortable to wear and not one bit see-through. In petite they have a 27.5″ inseam that I can wear with flats.

Striped Top
A little red, white, and blue action with this outfit. I paired the red pants with a boatneck navy and white striped t-shirt. It’s comfortable to wear, but the slim fit, and boatneck give this t-shirt a little polish.
