Matching sets are a one-and-done outfit; they’re perfect for travel and everyday casual wear. I rounded up a handful of options from Amazon that are all petite-friendly, soft, and comfortable!

Matching Sets for Petites
My Sizing: I’m 4’10”, and my bust, waist, and hip measurements are 32″, 24″, and 36″. My inseam is 25″ (the measurement from the inside of my leg to my ankle bone). The clothes shown are unaltered and show how they fit me right from the store. I list my sizing beside each item to help you compare when shopping online. When referencing my true size, that is often the smallest option available at a brand or petite xxs/00/24. I wear a size 5 shoe.
Cotton Matching Set
This 100% cotton matching set has fully lined shorts and a comfortable, relaxed fit. I’m wearing it in XS here, and it’s a little bit roomy, but still a good fit. Since it’s 100% cotton, it may shrink slightly in the wash as well. The shorts have a stretch waist with a drawstring. The top is boxy, but it doesn’t drape too low at the arms. In white and purple, it’s not see-through, to be honest, I was surprised by the quality!
Skort Sets
I included three different skort sets in this round-up, each with a different style of top. The first set is 95% cotton and 5% spandex – so it feels like your favorite comfortable t-shirt. Since it’s mostly cotton, it does shrink in the wash, so if you want to keep the size as is, I would lay it flat to dry. The skort has built-in shorts that are white, some colors have black shorts. For size reference, I’m wearing it in XS.
The next two sets are the same brand and have the same fit, but one has long sleeves and one has short sleeves. This set is thick and a little bit on the warm side. So, while it’s great for everyday wear and travel, I wouldn’t grab this one for a hot outdoor activity. The skort is a little longer than the first set, and the shorts match the color of the skirt. Both sets are true to size. I’m wearing XS.

Cropped Pants Matching Set
Although this matching set is cropped, it’s full-length for most petites. Checking the reviews, this is a set that a lot of petite ladies go for. Lengthwise, the pants come to the top of my foot, so I think a lightweight neutral sandal looks best with them. If they were slightly longer or more cropped, they would work with sneakers or chunky sandals. The set is lightweight, stretchy, and airy – it’s great for traveling.
