This New Year’s Eve will be a little different for me. I will still be celebrating with friends and family and stealing a midnight kiss from my Mr., but instead of getting totally dolled up and dancing the night away, I will be keeping my outfit comfortable and casual and will probably be struggling to stay awake until midnight!

A new year brings a lot of excitement over what is to come in the next year. This year is especially exciting for me knowing that in just a couple more months we are welcoming another sweet boy to our family! So, when Ada of Elegance and Mommyhood invited me to share a little about my New Year’s Eve baby bump style, I was thrilled to participate! Along with the fabulous Katie of See What Katie Wears and Lindsay of Middle of Somewhere Blog, I shared with Ada what my New Year’s plans were as well as what I will be wearing!! Check out what I had to say below and be sure to visit Ada’s blog to see the feature of all three of us.

New Year's Eve Bump Style

1. When are you due, boy or girl? I am due on March 16th with our second baby boy!

2. How has your style changed since becoming pregnant? Everything is stretchier! When I’m not pregnant you can find me in a lot of pencil skirts and pumps, but with baby on board, I’m more likely to opt for flats and some leggings.

3. What is something a woman must wear or have on during New Year’s Eve and why? Just a little bit of sparkle! You must bring in the new year with a little glam, even if you’re not dressing to the nines, which is the case for me this year, you can add a little sparkle in your accessories and be New Year ready.

4. What are you looking forward to this NY Eve? Doing anything special? Our NY Eve is going to be pretty low key but full of lots of friends and family. Two of our friends are throwing parties so we are going to split our night between the two. I’m really excited our celebration is casual this year so I can get away with being warm and comfortable! I am planning to add just a little bit of glam in my accessories and probably bold lipstick, but other than that, with staying up past midnight, I need comfort!
