Petite-Friendly Resort Wear
My Sizing: I’m 4’10” and my bust, waist, and hip measurements are 32″, 24″ and 36″. My inseam is 25″ (the measurement of the inside of my leg to my ankle bone). The clothes shown are unaltered and show how they fit me right from the store. I list my sizing beside each item to help you compare when shopping online.
Matching Sets
The first set in this post is from LOFT. It has a great petite fit and also comes in green and white. I paired it with a bathing suit that is also from LOFT. Fit features of this bathing suit are adjustable straps and a full coverage bottom. There is light padding at the chest as well.

The next matching set in this post is from Target. Although the pieces are a little roomy on me, it still has a good fit overall. I appreciate that this set comes in several color and print options (9 total). The swimsuit with this outfit is another full-coverage option. There is light padding at the top and the straps are removable. I find I need the straps to keep the swimsuit up.

Another matching set in this post is an elevated look you can wear to dinner. The top is shown tied to the front on the LOFT site, but I wrapped it and tied it to the back instead. I’m wearing both pieces in my true size, Petite XXS.

Beach Pants
These gauzy pants are meant to be a bathing suit coverup, so they’re on the sheer side. They’re soft and comfortable. In my true size, there is a little bit of bunching at the bottom. I paired them with a longtime favorite swimsuit of mine. This style from J.Crew Factory is comfortable, full coverage, and stays up with or without the optional straps. There is light padding and a shelf bra at the chest.
