StyleWe was so kind to gift me a couple things recently, this pink lace midi dress being one of them. Lace has been big this season and I’ve been snatching up all the lace that I can. So, this pretty pink dress was first on my pick list.

Pink Lace Midi Dress
It’s no secret I’m on the petite size, so ordering things online can be a gamble for me. Especially a midi dress. There’s no telling if a midi length anything is going to look elegant or frumpy on me. But, I loved the lace and the fit so much, I figured even if the dress was a little oversized, I could always have it tailored. Out of the bag, the dress is beautiful, but yes, it could use a little tailoring on me. The hem should come up a bit and the sides need to be taken in, but I still felt darn pretty in it! Plus, this dress is currently only $30.00! I think the dress is modest and elegant. Perfect for church and wedding season.

How I Styled It
I wore my bow heels to complete this look. The midi length called for heels, the taller the better. Plus I felt like the bows were just as sweet as the lace. I’ve told you about these heels before. They are killer!! Only to be worn on special occasions. I’ve had my pair for a few years now, so I linked a couple of similar pairs for you. I so want these sweet bow heels, they would be much more comfortable and they’re under $40.00.
I also wore my Kendra Scott Carinne earrings in Rose Quartz. The perfect color and weight to compliment the lace.

I plan to wear this cutie to church and an upcoming wedding. I’m hoping to have it taken in just a bit before then. I’m also planning on finding shoes I can actually walk in before then.
