If you spend any time on Instagram or in the blog world, it’s pretty apparent that wood watches are rising in popularity. I love a shiny gold or rose gold watch as much as the next girl, but a watch made from reclaimed wood, by an eco friendly company, has it’s appeals. When Tempus asked me to give one of their watches a try, I was more than willing.

They have two styles of women’s watches and it was a tough decision. You wouldn’t think it would be tough with just two, but I’m indecisive. The Elenor is a beautiful dark wood watch with a rose gold face. The rose gold was calling my name, but because it was dark I didn’t know if it would stand out a lot on my wrist. So I ended up opting for the bamboo watch with the leather band, the Callista. The Callista still has the rose gold touches I was digging on the Elenor watch, but the leather band was nice and neutral and blended perfectly with my skin.

I wore this outfit to grab Chinese food with the family one night. As much as I love white pants, white pants and toddlers just don’t mix. I had Lo Mein covered fingers alllll over me and consequently on the white pants too. My favorite is when they catch you from behind and you walk around most of the day with something sticky on the back of you and you’re none the wiser. It happens to me, probably weekly.

So, although I love my white pants, I just don’t wear them as often as I would like to.

Anyone else fully struggles with wearing their white denim? What about wood watches, are you a fan?
