So yesterday as I was thinking about how Valentine’s Day is less than two weeks away, I realized that I have no idea what I want to do with the hubs to celebrate. I absolutely know what I don’t want to do, and that is go out to eat because it is going to be a crowded hot mess pretty much everywhere. This year I feel drawn towards the idea of doing something more unique than the cookie cutter Valentine’s Day routine, like head out to the mountains for a day of skiing or wine tasting.
Today’s look was just a tad Valentine’s inspired (if you couldn’t tell, hehe). If there is one thing I love seeing painted across the blog world its all the beautiful red. I love how it pops and brightens up the lackluster surroundings of winter. This dress pairs impeccably with the brilliant color and is the ultimate staple piece to carry you through all four seasons. Wear with a sweater and tights during the cold weather months or jump into some cute ballet flats as the mercury rises. If the Mr. and I opt for grapes over slopes, then this little number will be just perfect for a fun-filled day with my honey!
