What To Do When You’re Bored
Workouts are tough, am I right? You start a new one, determined to finish it, so you challenge yourself and push through. In the end you feel accomplished. But, after time and doing the same workout over and over again, you get bored, your muscles are bored and no one is having fun. You have to mix it up! Try a new class, a new video or find a new place to jog! Thanks to the internet, you can find something fun and new to do with one little youtube search. I like to send these workouts out as a guide, if I’m sharing an upper body routine that day, feel free to go for an upper body class at the gym, or search for more workouts on Pinterest and Youtube. My goal is to share with you the best blueprint to follow, for a well rounded fitness routine!
Never be afraid to send me an e-mail if you have questions or need encouragement, I love to help!

Just click on the day of the week to access that day’s workout.
Add a challenge to your toning routines this week and do your sets in drop set form. Start with your heaviest weight and do as many reps as you can, which should typically be around 8-10 reps with your heaviest weight. Then drop to a lighter weight and do as many reps as you can, maybe 10-15. By the end of your very last rep, you should be on the edge of not being able to complete the exercise at all!
